Projekt ukončen, aktivity sítě pokračují
Projekt Mezioborová síť udržitelného rozvoje byl úspěšně ukončen 30. 4. 2014, aktivity sítě však nadále pokračují.

CzechGlobe
CzechGlobe - Global Change Research Centre AS CR, v.v.i. is a leading research department of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, which investigates the manifestations and impacts of the Global Climate Change through the most modern scientific methods and techniques.
The CzechGlobe findings provide important information for the government of the Czech Republic needed for the management of the country, as well as for the Ministry of Environment and Agriculture, the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute, Forests of the Czech Republic and other important state institutions.
CzechGlobe is also an important source of information for the scientific and academic community in the Czech Republic. The partners of CzechGlobe are, for example, the Charles University in Prague, Czech Technical University in Prague, Mendel University in Brno, Czech Technical University of Ostrava, University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice.
Within the European research community, CzechGlobe is a part of the European programme ESFRI (European Strategy Forum on Research Infrastructures). Within the ESFRI programme, CzechGlobe is a component of the European integrated research system for carbon observation called ICOS (Integrated Carbon Observation System) where, moreover, it performs the function of a training centre and a coordinator of cooperation with the countries of the Visegrad Four, the Carpathian initiatives as well as with Ukraine, Belarus and Russia. Besides the involvement in the ICOS network, CzechGlobe is, within ESFRI, also a part of the infrastructure for air observation of the Earth´s surface called EUFAR (European Fleet for Airborne Research in Environmental Sciences).
